Terms and Conditions

Payments must be paid monthly at the beginning of the month. If there is more than two 35 gallon bags per pick-up, there will be a charge of $3/extra bag. If there are big boxes or larger trash that does not fit in a 35 gallon trash bag, that will be an extra $5/big item. Dangerous items: razor blades, knives, or other sharp objects are not allowed in the bags unless disposed of in a hard container, then in the bag. A $20 fine will be charged to your invoice if dangerous items are present (To protect customers, photo evidence of the item will be provided with the fine). Emails will be sent notifying when service is complete. Trash will be taken twice a week on a designated day for your building. Trash bags must be tied and intact with minimal damage. If the bag is not able to be tied, there will be a $3 charge. If trash is spilling out, there is a $3 charge. If re-bagging is necessary, there will be a $5 extra charge at most. If you do not put bags out by 8:30 am on your designated day there are no refunds. If needed, you can place it out the night before. If we do not receive payment before the first of the month, pick up service will not be completed.
